CJF Homes Pty Ltd (ABN 33 673 877 097), trading as CXJ Labs, is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.

2. What we collect

• Information you provide directly — name, email, company, message contents.
• Anonymous usage analytics (Vercel Analytics) — page views, referrer, country.
• Server logs — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell or share personal information with advertising networks.

3. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and schedule walk-through calls.
• To provide the Services under an executed SOW.
• To improve the site (aggregate, anonymous analytics).
• To meet legal obligations (tax, accounting, anti-fraud).

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to operate the business: hosting (Vercel), email, payment processors (e.g. Stripe, Wise), and our accountant. Each is bound by their own data agreement.

Enquiry emails are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Customer-engagement data is retained for the lifetime of the engagement plus 7 years for tax compliance.
