1. Provider

This site and the services offered through it ("Services") are provided by CJF Homes Pty Ltd(ABN 33 673 877 097), trading as CXJ Labs ("we", "us").

2. Engagements

Engagements (Pilot, Operating System, Embedded) are governed by a separate written statement of work ("SOW") executed before any work begins. The SOW is the controlling document for scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines. These Terms apply to all interactions with the website and any communications prior to an executed SOW.

3. Fees and payment

Onboarding fees are payable on signature of the SOW. Recurring fees (brain and modules) are billed monthly in advance. Card payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store card numbers. Fees are exclusive of GST unless stated.

4. No warranty

Information on this website is provided for informational purposes. Reference numbers (revenue, conversion, etc.) reflect a specific business at a specific point in time and are not a forecast or guarantee of results for your business.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, system designs, and configuration playbooks are owned by CJF Homes Pty Ltd. Customer data ingested into a brain remains the property of the customer.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
